Virtual Reality Show, Classes VI & VIIThe students of Grades VII and VIII recently participated in an enriching Virtual Reality Show conducted on 12th and 13th February. Keeping in mind the importance of concept-based understanding and interactive learning, the sessions were thoughtfully designed around two fascinating themes — Life Under Water and Chandrayaan. Through immersive VR technology, students explored the mesmerizing underwater world and learned about marine ecosystems, aquatic biodiversity, coral reefs, and the need for ocean conservation. The realistic visuals and 360-degree virtual experience enabled them to understand the delicate balance of marine life in an engaging and memorable manner.
The second session transported students beyond Earth, where they experienced the remarkable journey of India’s Chandrayaan mission. They gained insights into space exploration, lunar studies, spacecraft technology, and India’s achievements in space science. The simulation simplified complex scientific concepts and ignited curiosity among learners.
The programme beautifully integrated technology with academics, making learning both enjoyable and meaningful. Students participated with enthusiasm and keen interest throughout the sessions. The Virtual Reality Show conducted on 12th and 13th February proved to be an innovative initiative towards promoting scientific temperament, environmental awareness, and a deeper interest in STEM education among young minds.
