World Health Day (Bubbles & Class I)To celebrate World Health Day, Bubbles and Class 1 students participated in a series of fun and meaningful activities aimed at promoting health and wellness. The day began with an interactive circle time, where children engaged in discussions about healthy habits and the importance of wellness. This was followed by a lively Yoga Session, where students explored various Animal Poses, encouraging flexibility and mindfulness in a playful way.Adding a burst of energy to the day, our little stars took part in a Healthy Habits Freeze Dance, combining movement with learning as they danced and froze to fun, health-related cues. To make it even more exciting, the students participated in a special activity around the seven colours of the rainbow, learning how eating a variety of colourful fruits and vegetables helps build strong immunity and better health. As part of promoting healthy eating, parents sent a lunch box full of nutritious food and a fruit tiffin, emphasizing the value of balanced meals. It was a joyful and educational day, leaving the children with happy memories and valuable lessons for a healthy lifestyle!
