World Health Day (Classes VI - VIII)World Health Day is observed every year on April 7th to raise global awareness about the importance of health and well-being. On this occasion, MSBSS School organized a series of health-focused activities for students of Classes VI to VIII, aiming to promote physical fitness, mental wellness, and healthy lifestyle habits among young learners. The celebration began with a meditation session, where students practiced deep breathing and mindfulness techniques. This activity helped them relax, reduce stress, and understand the value of mental peace in maintaining overall health.
Students participated in a lively aerobics session, which was filled with energy and enthusiasm. The rhythmic movements, combined with music, made the experience enjoyable while improving their stamina, flexibility, and coordination. The students engaged in general physical exercises, including stretches, squats, jumping jacks, and other fitness drills. These exercises emphasized the importance of staying active every day and taking care of one’s body.
