Basant Panchami CelebrationsBasant Panchami was celebrated with great enthusiasm and devotion on 23rd January 2026 through a special assembly organised for the children of Bubbles and Class I. The celebration marked the arrival of spring and aimed to familiarise young learners with the rich cultural heritage and values of India.
On this occasion, the school premises were filled with shades of yellow, symbolising energy, optimism, prosperity, and new beginnings. Students came dressed in comfortable yellow attire, wearing their school uniform shoes, and brought yellow-coloured food in their tiffin boxes, adding vibrancy and excitement to the celebration.
A small assembly was conducted to help children understand the significance of Basant Panchami in a simple and age-appropriate manner. The festival was introduced as a day dedicated to Goddess Saraswati, the goddess of knowledge, learning, music, and wisdom. Teachers explained how Basant Panchami encourages the pursuit of education, creativity, and moral values, helping children appreciate the importance of learning from an early age.
The assembly included the soulful Saraswati Vandana, sung by the children, which created a peaceful and devotional atmosphere. The children participated with enthusiasm and confidence, making the assembly both meaningful and engaging. Through this celebration, students were encouraged to develop respect for education, teachers, and the process of learning.
Overall, the Basant Panchami celebration proved to be a joyful and enriching experience. It successfully strengthened the educational and cultural values among the children of Bubbles and Class I, leaving them with happy memories and a deeper understanding of the festival.
